All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment provider. Dilan Atelier does not store or have access to customers’ payment card information.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier service.

Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Dilan Atelier is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect customer information.
