Return & Refund Policy

At Dilan Atelier, we take great care to ensure that every product is carefully selected, packaged, and delivered in excellent condition. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened coffee products
• Opened chocolate products
• Any food item whose protective packaging has been opened
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund.

In these cases, all shipping costs will be covered by Dilan Atelier.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
